Dr. Ahmad Musbahu Bunza is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kebbi State Home Savings and Loans Limited, a leading state-owned primary mortgage bank committed to advancing affordable housing and financial inclusion in Kebbi State and beyond.

He is a seasoned finance and banking professional with extensive experience in accounting, mortgage finance, and institutional leadership. Dr. Bunza holds a Doctorate (PhD) in Accounting and Finance, a testament to his academic depth and analytical expertise in financial systems, policy, and development finance.

In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Bunza is a Certified National Accountant (CNA), bringing a strong professional accounting foundation to his role. Over the course of his career, he has led and participated in the transformation of public sector finance operations, design and implementation of housing finance strategies, and development of sustainable financial models that support both public and private sector initiatives.

Under his leadership, Kebbi State Home Savings and Loans Limited has witnessed significant institutional reforms, product innovation, and improved stakeholder engagement—aligning the bank’s operations with national housing goals and regulatory benchmarks set by the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
